As a holistic fitness and mindset coach, I help my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their mental and physical health.
I have devised a unique 8-week programme that harmoniously gets your body and mind in shape so you not only love what you see in the mirror but the very essence of who the woman is in your reflection.
My programmes are available in-person and online; both one-to-one and group. My group coaching courses begin at set points throughout the year and follow a carefully crafted regime with regular check-ins plus adaptations for your lifestyle and requirements.
Although the programme gives you the tools to flourish in life after the course, I also provide personal training sessions for continued accountability and even more personalised regimes.
